Ok, so today is bizarre and here the thoughts that have come with it.
I had some messed up dreams last night. Back story, I fell off/broke a table last night and broke my butt--and what I mean by that is I have a bruise the size of Texas across my right butt check. It hurts like a truck. So all through the night I would roll over onto the bruise and experience stabbing pain and naturally I would wake up. I had some real cray cray dreams in the in-betweens.
Not necessarily in this order:
Dream 1: All these ex-cons were locked in a room together and were trying to kill each other and somehow--I think because one of the con's escaped--the building got put on lock down. So all the lights got shut off and everyone was sneaking around the building trying to find the con's and kill them before they killed us. So how do we try and find the con's? Well, of course I ran around the room like a chicken with my head cut off trying to draw them out. Needless to say, they didn't fall for it. But right as I was leaving the room I spotted a bomb and I was pushing my partner out of the way and all the sudden he was like dragging me through the air because I could suddenly fly, what? Anyways, then the bomb went off and I woke up.
Dream 2: I got new roommates and the girl in my room had a bunch of hamsters. Her's were really big and so she took my hamster out of his cage and put him in this really big cage with another hamster that looked like he was going to try and eat Napoleon, and she put one of her hamsters in my cage but her hamster was like, as big as the cage. She had a few other cages too that she had all over the room. Some obvious drama went down about that and I woke up again.
Dream 3: My shoes that I had a real difficult time ordering finally came today and I opened them up and they were the wrong shoes. So I like talked to someone about it and he couldn't fix it cause the shoes I wanted and ordered were all sold out and if I wanted a different pair I would have to order hem again. I was pissed and I was making a big stink about it, despite my mother's words not to. To get the problem fixed I would have to take a case number and do some research in this super secret law library. Then all the sudden I was on BYU campus with my dog and I was with this guy and we were dating? What? We snuck into some board meeting and one of the guys gave us condoms cause, obvi. We were both like, suuuuuper awkward about that and turns out one of the guys in the room is like, super allergic to dogs and so we were trying to get Brutus to leave so we were trying to get him to play fetch with the condoms. It didn't work very well cause he's not very smart but then all the sudden we were Chitty Chitty Bang Bang-ing it and driving across water.
Dream 4: Somewhere in the midst of all that dreamage I ended up in Ohio and my cousin Hanna was driving like a maniac so I took away her car and we were walking back to my house and we passed the house of someone who stole my long board and she went to get it back but they didn't have it and so we went back to my house where I obvi didn't live anymore.
Dream 5: I really don't know where this part fits but I think it was totes def near the end. I was outside of a movie theater in my convertible, looking for a job and this guy overheard me and asked if I wanted to work for him. I asked him if I he would hire me for only two months because I'm leaving on my mission then. He thought about it for a second and then said, "Yeah, are you doing anything right now?" And I said no and so he took me inside for an interview. When I got inside I wasn't wearing any pants. Underwear, no pants.
So that was my night. I finally woke up because someone rang the doorbell and I realized it was probably UPS delivering my shoes --even though the tracker didn't tell me they were out for delivery yet. So my shoes did come today and they are absolutely perfect.
It's weird how much motivation putting on your new shoes and eating a blueberry bagel with peanut butter gives you. I just had to blog about it.
I think I might actually go running now.
Also, my 5 year old cousin is running around the house being adorable and doing all these crazy voices and for like 2 whole he was in the hallway making these weirdo noises and when I found him he was somehow stuck upside-down in just his underwear. My life makes no sense.
I'm so excited to see what is going happen in the rest of the day!!! Yee haw!
